                Va Repo, LLC. stores and processes repo assignment and publicly accessible information on our servers in the US and we protect this information by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable US federal and state regulations.

                We use server safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to buildings and files, and we authorize access to private information only for those employees of Va Repo, LLC who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.

                Our only purpose in collecting any private information is to provide any user with payments for supplying good information into the online database and ALL monetary transactions are taken care of outside the VaRepo.net website.

                Va Repo, LLC only uses your private information to provide the services and customer support you request, process transactions and send notices about your transactions.  Va Repo, LLC does not Share, Sell or Trade ANY personal information with ANY third party unless Va Repo, LLC. is compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure.

                Repossession Company Users will enter private information into the Va Repo database and Va Repo will keep this information private and we do not capture, utilize or intercept any information specific to your repossession assignments.  If you supply Va Repo LLC with any .CSV files containing your assignment and\or client information, this information is only used to establish your Repossession Company User profile to help get you up and running with the Va Repo Network Software to manage your operation.

                Our smartphone application will only capture the location of any General Public smartphone user when the user selects the "I see this" button on the random entry screen within the application.

                Our smartphone application will capture the location of any Field Agent smartphone user when the user submits any Update and this location is submitted to their Repossession Company with the submitted Update.  The mobile application also captures and compares the users’ location when various features are selected in order to determine if the user is within the required radius of the address to allow use of said features.

                No information within ANY Mobile Application User profile is ever accessed in any way that would help any of our customers locate any of our smartphone users.
